OUR ONBOARDING PROCESS
Vetting with Purpose
We begin with a thorough screening to understand intent, motivation, and alignment with Nila’s mission. Only those who show a genuine passion for eldercare move forward.
Technical Evaluation
Candidates complete a structured interview to assess caregiving skills, from daily assistance to handling sensitive eldercare needs.
Comprehensive Verification
We conduct detailed background checks covering employment, education, credit, identity, and drug screening to ensure trust and safety.
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
Once onboard, all Nila caregivers undergo a week-long intensive training program, combining classroom learning with hands-on shadowing during home visits.
Our caregivers also complete 20+ hours of certified geriatric training, including:
Managing geriatric illnesses and chronic conditions
Emergency response and first aid protocols in care
Safeguarding your family by preventing elder abuse
Supporting emotional wellbeing and dignity care
